Matthaei Farm Condominium Documents

Matthaei Farm is a site condominium consisting of sites (owned by individual Co-Owners) and general common elements (of which each Co-Owner owns an equal percentage). Matthaei Farm is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. In addition, Committees and Task Forces are formed as necessary to address special topics. The Condominium Documents consist of the Amended and Restated Consolidated Master Deed, the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation, the Amended and Restated Condominium Bylaws, the Condominium Subdivision Plan attached to the Master Deed as Exhibit “B”, and the Association’s Rules and Regulations.
